VBussen CH provides information on Swiss administrative fines. The app works offline, requires no user account, and includes no tracking SDKs. Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
Price in Switzerland: CHF 10 (one-time purchase). Acquisition, payment processing, invoices/receipts, and taxes/VAT are handled by the respective distribution platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) under their terms. Currency/price may vary by country/store (platform pricing tiers, exchange rates, taxes). In-app purchases/subscriptions: currently not available.
Refunds/withdrawals are governed exclusively by the policies of the respective platform (e.g., Apple Media Services). Requests must be submitted through the user's store account (e.g., reportaproblem.apple.com). We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
We grant a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to use the app. Minimum age 13+ (or the legal minimum in the user's country of residence). Prohibited uses include, among others, automated data extraction/scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing technical protections, large-scale redistribution of content, or use that violates applicable law.
Information in the app is provided without warranty and may change. Official notices and legal sources (cantonal/federal) prevail. We strive to keep information current but do not owe any particular completeness or freedom from errors.
No entitlement exists to specific features, availability, or service levels. We may adjust features/design, release updates, or discontinue the app in whole or in part. Price/availability changes in stores follow the respective store terms.
No accounts, no collection of personal data in the app; settings/favorites/language are stored locally on the device. Details: privacy policy at vbussen.ch/de/privacy/.
App/website (concept, design, database structure, texts—unless originating from official sources) plus trademarks/logos are protected. Official legal texts remain with their respective rights holders.
Distribution via the App Store/Google Play; these stores may perform their own data processing for purchases and updates. External links lead to third-party content, for which the respective providers are responsible.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, particularly for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or damage caused by unavailability. Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.
The app is provided "as is". No assurances are made regarding suitability, availability, accuracy, or error-free operation beyond what is required by law.
We may modify these terms. The current version will be published in the app/on the website; the effective date stated above is authoritative.
Governing law: Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and international conventions. Place of jurisdiction: [e.g., Zurich, Switzerland]. Severability: if any clause is ineffective, the remaining provisions continue in force. Assignment: rights under this agreement may not be assigned without our consent. Contract language: German. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the German version prevails.
