How we protect and use your data

Scope

This policy applies to the VBussen CH mobile app. Our website has a separate Website Privacy Policy.

Data we collect

We do not create accounts and we do not collect personal data or behavior/usage analytics from the app.

Data stored on your device

Your settings, favorites and language are stored locally on your device. They are not transmitted to us or to third parties.

Analytics & crash logs

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not receive crash logs unless you explicitly send them to us. (Apple/Google may process diagnostic data under their own privacy policies.)

Third-party services

The app works offline and does not embed third-party SDKs that track users. Distribution platforms (App Store / Google Play) may process limited data to provide updates and billing.

Device permissions

The app does not request sensitive device permissions (camera, location, contacts, etc.). If this changes, we will ask for consent in-app and update this policy.

Children's privacy

The app is intended for users 13+ (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

Because data is stored locally, security depends on your device. We recommend enabling a passcode or biometric lock and keeping your OS up to date.

Your messages to us

If you contact us by email or form, we will process your message and email address solely to respond, and we will delete them when no longer needed unless law requires longer retention.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the new version in-app and on our website with a new effective date.
